GENERAL MANAGER 
We are seeking to hire a dynamic professional to lead the
growth of our established Property and Facilities Management
business. Reporting directly to the Executive Director. The
successful candidate must have more than 12 years of
experience in property leasing, sales and facilities
management. A relevant diploma or degree from an
accredited institution or professional qualification is preferred.
A high standard of written and spoken English is a must. The
ability to speak Arabic is an advantage.
PROPERTY MANAGER 
We are seeking to hire an experienced property leasing and
facilities management professional to manage our portfolio,
which currently comprises more than 750 commercial and
residential properties. Reporting directly to the General
Manager. The successful candidate must have more than 8
years of experience in property leasing and facilities
management. A relevant diploma or degree from an
accredited institution or professional qualification is preferred.
A high standard of written and spoken English is a must. The
ability to speak Arabic is an advantage.
MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR 
We are seeking to hire an experienced property and facilities
professional to supervise our Property and Facilities
Management portfolio. Reporting directly to the Operations
Manager. The successful candidate will have more than 5
years of experience in supervising properties and facilities. A
relevant diploma or degree from an accredited institution or
professional qualification is an asset. A high standard of
written and spoken English is a must. The ability to speak
Arabic is an advantage.
