Gulf Geotechnical Services and Material Testing LLC, provides geotechnical, geological and material testing services in support of on-going construction and development projects in Oman requires the following person:
The Job:
• Petty cash handling
• General accounting functions, including preparation of
contract cost summaries for running projects
• Purchasing, including creation of local and foreign
purchase orders, expedition, customs documentation as
required
• Assistance with credit management
• Preparation of invoices and payment follow-up
• Other general administrative support including utility
bill payments, insurance, staff timesheets and licence
renewals, etc
Preferred Qualification
• Degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience & Skills
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar role.
• English language fluency
• Computer & Telephone operation knowledge
• Good Communication Skills
• Driving License
