Dhiafatina is the hotel arm of Qatar Airways and our business model focuses on owning and operating hotels. We currently own the 400 room, five star Oryx Rotana Hotel in Doha. We are also working up to opening our first hotel at the Hamad International Airport in Doha that will be managed by Dhiafatina. Our objective is to grow our hotel portfolio over the coming few years. At Dhiafatina we value your opinion, appreciate your contribution and work with you for your development.
About Your Job:
Our colleagues are our most important guests. You will need to assist our management and fellow colleagues to ensure the Hotels overall efficiency and effectiveness within the property. You need to love administration work and working in a multicultural diverse working environment.
Assistance with recruitment, new joiners, orientations, disciplinary and grievance handling and performance expectations of colleagues are met. Employee welfare, accommodation and colleague activities will be at the forefront of your mind to ensure colleagues needs are met.
About You:
Human Resources/Hotel/Hospitality tertiary qualified, you will ideally have gained this experience within a Hotel environment and have at minimum of 3 year work related experience in a similar role.
You will hold a minimum of a Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional qualification.  A post graduate qualification is desirable and Pre-opening experience would be highly adventagous for this role.
