Position Management Secretary (MN)
Job Description The incumbent will provide a complete private secretarial and administrative service for one or two Department Manager(s), routing callers and preparing and drafting internal correspondence under direction to ensure that all matters are dealt with efficiently and appropriately. Provide a time management / diary service on behalf of manager in order to ensure effective time usage and to avoid conflicting schedules.
Design, organize and implement appropriate filing and record management systems to ensure that records are always current and accessible with ease. Schedule appointments (including conferences), coordinate travel, including complex itineraries / venues, accommodation and visa arrangements for the Manger(s) and guests to optimise on time and convenience. Arrange transportation and gate pass permits for incoming guests.
Screen incoming mail and telephone calls, draft responses, redirect correspondence and callers to the appropriate Department / Section, obtain additional information where necessary. Highlight desired actions for the manager to ensure the he is in possession of sufficient background information needed. Confidentiality, excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
The candidates should have a minimum Diploma in Secretarial Skills / Commerce. Minimum 6 years direct and relevant experience in a Secretarial/ Clerical within an oil/gas or petrochemical industry. Specialized training in Secretarial Skills and Office Administration. Fluent in Arabic and English language is preferable

- Responsible for managing the retail & channel sales for Qtel Fibre.
- Define channel strategy for next generation broadband, TV and OTT services connected to Qtel's FTTx network
- Plan and manage sales across channels to market, with focus on Qtel retail stores and third party stores.
- Ensure that promotional merchandise, inventory management is in place together with sales processes and training for new acquisition.
- Manage new mobile acquisitions and migration sales teams across Qatar and ensure sales can be taken at street level and at showcase events.
- Setup showcases in Qatar to demonstrate Qtel's New World product propositions.

- Develop a sales force capability to undertake door to door sales in current active migration zones to maximize product penetration at street level within Qatar.
- To train mobile sales team and equip with sales literature and new acquisition sales processes.
- To achieve sales forecasts agreed across all channels.
- To report and deliver actual sales figures across channels to the Business Planning Specialist on a weekly/monthly basis.

In line with the airline's rapid growth we are currently seeking a number of Recruitment Officers who will be responsible to ensure planned effective and timely recruitment of Cabin Crew in accordance with the approved manpower plan. The role is responsible for sourcing the most competent candidates from around the world, to ensure the best possible mix of human resources in order to maintain our high standards of in-flight service. Candidates should effectively support the recruitment strategies to undertake selection campaigns both locally and overseas to attract suitably qualified and experienced cabin crew. The role of Recruitment Officer has to maintain strong liaison with departmental Line Managers to deliver planned manpower resource implementation. Whilst experience as cabin crew with an international airline is preferable candidates with an aviation and/or recruitment background will also be considered.
