A leading Company (Saudi Oger) in Saudi Arabia is seeking for the following

job Title: Farm Manager

job Summary:

Manages and supervises activities of workers engaged in maintenance and operation of the farm and maintains machineries.


Primary Duties. & Responsibilities


1. Directs workers engaged in Operating and maintaining the Farm.
2. Directs and coordinates activities of maintenance staff engaged in repairing plumbing or electrical malfunctions, painting buildings, and performing landscaping or gardening work, or arranges for outside personnel to perform maintenance.
3. Schedules purchase and delivery of food and other supplies and equipments for the farm.
4. Prepares periodic reports of Farm operation.
5. Be able to manage technical and maintenance teams to manage all sectors in the farm
6. Arranges medical care for sick or injured workers.
7. Enforces compliance with safety fire, health, and sanitation regulations.
8. Coordinates with the responsible veterinarian of the stables.
9. Has fair knowledge of horse care
10. Manages the preparation, coordination, and Execution of events as per the demand of the Client.
11. Administers recreation programs.


Education:

Master degree in Business Administration


Experience:

12 years of experience in a similar position. Arabic and English Literate
