1)Mech. Engineer: Minimum 5 years experience in the field of Oil & Gas Industries and also able to execute the projects independently in structural engineering.
2)Design Engineer: Minimum 5 years experience in the Structural design.
3)Sales Engineer: Minimum 3 years experience in the Kuwait and maintain knowledge on current market conditions and develop sales plan that achieves the sales goal. The candidate should have a cordial longterm Relationship with customers and heavy sales experience with engineering companies.
4) Draftsman - CAD: Minimum 3 years experience in the relevant field.
5)Sales & Marketing Executive: Minimum 5 years experience in the field of Engineering.
6)Welders: Minimum 5 to 6 years experience in the Structural and pipe line welding.
7)Fabricator & Fitters: Minimum 5 to 6 years experience in steel fabrication and capable to read drawing & fabricate independently.
8)Admin & H.R. Manager: Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
9) Operation Manager: 5 - 7 years experience.
10)I.T Manager: Graduate / P.G. with 3-5 years experience in the same field.
