1- Must be a native English speaker
2- Former UK or US military experience required
3- Must have highly developed computer skills in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint & ADOBE
4- Working knowledge of US Military procurement Regulations a must
5- Working knowledge of accounting a plus
6- Experience working with Kuwait companies and US Military a must.
