The following criteria should be met:
· To assist in various HR functions like recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Appraisal etc.
· To provide a variety of administrative activities that supports the human resource functions.
· Address employee complaints/ grievances related to Human Resources in accordance with policies and procedures.
· Bachelors Degree preferably in HR.
· Fluent in English and Arabic will be plus.
· 3 years of similar experience.
