1. SALES REPRESENTATIVES (HR/SR/01)
The candidate must have minimum 3 - 5 years experience in selling Banking products. Excellent Communication Skills in English and Arabic required. Should be dynamic and Achievement Oriented. Candidates with Islamic Banking Products will also be considered.
2. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES I OFFICERS (HR/CSR/02)
The candidate should be a University Degree holder pref. in Banking / Business Development / Marketing, with minimum 3 -5 years experience in Customer Service / Relationship Management in Banks. Should possess highly developed Customer Relationship skills. Excellent Communication Skills in English and Arabic required.
3. RECOVERY I COLLECTION OFFICERS (HR/RA/03)
The candidate should be a University Degree holder pref. in Business / Banking / Finance with a minimum of 2 - 4 years of related Recovery/Collection experience in a Bank. Excellent Communication Skills in English and Arabic required.
4. BRANCH MANAGERS / DEPUTY BRANCH MANAGERS (HR/BM/04)
The candidate must have 8 to 10 years Banking experience with at least 3 years as a Branch Manager. Must be able to Plan, Lead and Manage the Branch Team and enhance the operational standards and efficiency of the branch. Excellent Communication Skills in English and Arabic required.
5. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (HR/BDM/05)
The candidate should be a University Degree holder pref. in Banking / Business Development / Marketing, with minimum 4 - 10 years experience in Banking, 5 years of which in business development. Should possess highly developed Marketing and Customer Relationship skills.
6. TRADE FINANCE ASSISTANT / OFFICER (HR/TFD/06)
The candidate should be a University Graduate Degree holder preferable, in Commerce, Finance or Economics, with sound understanding of Trade Finance (UC, Guarantees, Etc.) Back Office Operations, MIS, Regulatory Compliance. The candidate should have a minimum 2 - 5 years experience in back office functions for Trade Finance.
7. BANKING ASSISTANTS (TELLER) (HR/BA/07)
The candidate must have minimum 3 -5 years experience in Branch Banking or Back office Banking Operations, Loans, Credit Administration, etc., in a branch of a commercial bank, customer servicing, Teller functions and managing cash; Adequate knowledge about the banking operations and general banking.
8. BUSINESS PROCESS REENGINEERING/ QUALITY ASSURANCE (HR/BPRQA/08)
The candidate must have a University degree in Banking / Technology with minimum 10 years of experience in BPR / QA, out of which 5 years in various banking systems. Certification like CISA, CISM, etc. is an advantage. CA/CPA/CFA will be highly regarded Good working knowledge in computer software applications and banking technology and proficiency in system analysis. High level of English, interpersonal skills and report writing capability. Experience in Comprehensive Quality Assurance of all technology solutions being deployed in the Bank and Systems audit for effectiveness, efficiency and control. Comprehensive end-to-end QA review of systems and processes.
