Job Responsibilities :
Answer support phone calls and emails from customers.
Troubleshoot tickets and provide resolution or escalate accordingly
Work in different shifts that support US, Europe and Australia time zones
Coordinate with internal departments like IT-Operations, Engineering & Billing Support Teams
Work with Application vendor companies in resolving tickets that have been escalated to them
Will be a product specialist i.e., a SPOC for a group of applications like communication software, security software etc.
Requirements :
Excellent communication skills (with a neutral accent)
Excellent written English
Strong customer service orientation
Willing to work in Rotational Shift
Good problem solving and decision making skills
Adaptability to changing work environment and technologies
Knowledgeable in the following products:
Windows XP/Vista/7 operations systems (required)
MS Outlook with an Exchange mailbox (preferred)
Anti virus software like McAfee corporate security (preferred)
Any desktop or server backup and recovery software (preferred)Experience in using online ticketing system
Has demonstrated exemplary ownership of support tickets
Has demonstrated the ability to learn and solve problems without assistance from team   members or managers.
