SENIOR COMMERCIAL MANAGER
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Quantity
Surveying or Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 8 to 10 years working experience in
commercial contracts or holding key management
position
• Head of Department and overall in charge of Contracts &
Procurement and Logistics departments
HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGER
• Degree qualified with a NEBOSH qualification.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience working in an
operational Health and Safety role with 3 years in a
management position.
• Ability to conduct formal Safety risk assessments and
produce comprehensive Management Reports.
HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER
• Degree holder in any discipline and/or professional
certifications in Cleaning.
• Minimum 8 years working experience in housekeeping
and cleaning of Building Operations (eg: Facade
cleaning), in environment (eg: open space), etc.
• Lead a team of Housekeeping Officers who supervises
janitors and subcontractors for housekeeping operations
SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEERS
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years plus experience in Mechanical and
Plumbing Systems. Must have knowledge in MEP
systems. Design knowledge on pumps would be
advantageous and has good knowledge in testing and
commissioning.
• Preferable Arabic speaker
SENIOR HVAC ENGINEERS
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years plus experience in HVAC building
operations and maintenance of chillers. Knowledge in
design concepts of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
would be advantageous.
• Preferable Arabic speaker
BMS ENGINEERS
• Degree/Professional qualifications in Electrical/
Electronics/Control Engineering or any related technical
discipline
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in Building
Management System installation, integration and
operations
• Maintain all field devices on various equipment’s and
verify the same for proper functionality.
CIVIL ENGINEERS
• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years plus experience in building
maintenance. Must have a good understanding of
structures, architecture, road works and drainage
systems. Quantity Surveying experience would be
advantageous.
ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS
• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years plus experience in operations
and maintenance of electrical distribution systems and
industrial maintenance
• Design knowledge on lighting systems and electrical
systems would be advantageous.
CONTRACTS EXECUTIVE
• Bachelor Degree in Commerce / Engineering / Building /
Quantity Survey or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years working experience in managing
contracts
• To support internal departments in fine tuning
requirements and build within tenders risk mitigation and
contractual claim measures.
LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE
• Bachelor Degree in Commerce / Engineering or any
related courses
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years working experience in supply
chain planning/inventory management experience.
ASSISTANT ENGINEERS
• Degree in Engineering or any technical discipline.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years working experience in operating
facility environment.
• Oversees his facility is in operating conditions and the
functionality of all components are in good order.
• Housekeeping Officer
• Diploma in Hospitality or any related course.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in Facility
Maintenance environment.
• Responsible for managing housekeeping related matters
in the Facilities.
ADMIN ASSISTANTS
• Minimum 3 years plus experience working experience as
Admin Assistant.
• Perform proper documentation and filings, organized
indexed filing for easy retrieval of the same
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Operations Technician
• Diploma or ITC in Engineering or any technical discipline.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years working experience in maintaining
Building Operations etc.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting
