What qualifications or experience do I need?
There are two basic ways to qualify for a job at Saudi Aramco.
If you have a bachelor’s degree or higher
You should have a college certificate obtained through full-time study.
If you have a four-year degree or higher, and your major was technical (engineering, medicine, computer science, chemistry, physics, mathematics or geology), your GPA must be:
2.0 and above out of 4
Or 3.0 and above out of 5
If your major was medical, and you are interested in applying to the Physician Development Program, your GPA must be:
2.75 and above out of 4
Or 3.75 and above out of 5
If you have a four-year degree or higher, and your major was administrative (accounting, management, marketing, economics, statistics, library science, law, secretarial, English language or public relations), your GPA must be:
2.5 and above out of 4
Or 3.5 and above out of 5
Alternative routes
It’s still possible to apply for a job if you hold:
A degree with a lower GPA
A diploma degree (two years)
Or a high school diploma
If you fall into one of these categories, you can only apply if you have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience.
