Requirements:
Acts as the focal point for all incoming and outgoing documentation.
Checks the incoming documents from external consultants/contractors/others for compatibility of the contents with what is stated in the transmittal.
Duplication and distribution of all incoming documentation, processing of confidential information (memo, faxes, etc) and stamping of correspondence/documentation for distribution.
Handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence by logging of all documents within a computerised documentation database and maintaining a day to day electronic archive.
Compiles and maintains control records related to drawings and document transmittals and allocate reference numbers to each transmittal.
Interfaces with customers and sub-contractors to receive and deliver the drawings.
Distribution of internally generated documentation.
Maintain related files and archive both paper and electronic copies of the document control database.
Assists key staff in the preparation of correspondences and documentation.
Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
