FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Required for an European MEP Contracting Company in Doha, Qatar

Job responsibilities:
Manage the activities for the
accounting department including General ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivables, fixed asset accounts, consolidation,
financial reporting, payroll processing and year end auditing Manage the preparation of monthly and year end financial
reports including income statements, balance sheets, cash-flow statements, Project & company budgets and Project cost
analysis with Project wise appraisal on estimated against actual costs
Plan and liaise with banking and financial
institutions to obtain most suitable facilities
Develop and maintain sound internal control procedures and implement an efficient financial reporting system in line with International Accounting standards

Skills:

Minimum 10-15years out of which 3yrs must be of Managerial level Construction Industry experience especially with a MEP contractor is a must Qualified Accountant with CA / CPA /ACA/ACCA or equivalent Advanced knowledge of principles and practices of financial and management accounting Communication proficiency in English and good knowledge of Accounting software
