Job Description:
As a Sales/Account Executive, your will be responsible for you are expected to bring:
Staffing industry/process knowledge.
New business to company.
Sales experience, someone who can connect with hiring managers and build corporate relationships.
Ability to communicate effectively with IT executives / Hiring managers
Customer centric optimistic and high spirited attitude with ability in managing client accounts and exceeding expectations.
Agility, drive, and ambition to succeed with long term vision.
Responsibilities include (not limited to):
Handling corporate accounts of the company in field of outsourcing, Headhunting, Executive Search.
Business Development activities.
Represent ParagonEDS to prospects/clients according to our principals.
Help build an image of ParagonEDS and customer centric company.
Contacting prospects/clients and maintaining relationships with them.
Obtaining Job Orders/Job requirements from direct clients.
Any other related to the Sales/Account Management.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationship with clients and HR colleagues.
Providing regular reporting updates and attending appropriate business management meetings.
Strong organization skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
Good communication skills both verbal and written.
