1. SECRETARY & RECEPTIONIST (Ref. SEC 1)
Degree in any discipline.
4-5 years of experience in UAE, Real Estate industry preferred.
Good PC skills.
Excellent in Ms-Excel.
Good Written and Verbal Communication skills in English, Arabic and French preferred.
Good Personality.
Should have Computer knowledge (MS Office Packages)
Should have typing speed minimum 40 w.p.m.

Salary: Excellent commissions with earning potential of up to 60 - 120K AED per month. Job specifications: Looking out for dynamic entrepreneurs who have proven experience in property sales/deal negotiations across levels. The company will be providing the infrastructure for independent operation. He/She will be wholly working on lucrative commissions (to the tune of 60 - 120K AED per month) across an array of properties in UAE and other countries.
3. ACCOUNTING/ FINANCE (Ref. ACC 1)
Job specifications: The ideal candidate should be an M.Com with 9 years of relevant experience and computer proficient with good communication skills. CPA preferred. The chosen candidate will be required to prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger and subsidiary accounts; prepare monthly financial statements, including distribution of monthly revenue and expenditure reports to departments. Additional responsibilities include reconciling monthly bank statements and assisting in tasks assigned by department superiors. Should have working knowledge of MIS, ERP, MS Office etc.
