Network Administrator, Qatar


A leading Bank in Qatar is looking for a Network Administrator to operate and maintain the stability of the Bank IT infrastructure. This includes maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas, particularly network infrastructure, servers and telecommunications systems.


Responsibilities:


• Implement various software and hardware within the bank's infrastructure.
• Administer Microsoft server such as NAP, PKI, RMS, DNS, OCS, ISA, IPSec and Cisco LMS server.
• Manage telecom solutions utilizing the WAN, such as IP telephony, video conferencing and fax solutions.
• Build, design and configure networks including WANs, LANs, VPNs, Wireless, Firewalls, Remote access connectivity.


Requirements:


• B. Sc. in Computer Science / Computer Studies.
• Professional qualification such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP), MSCE, MSCA, Security+ or CCSP certificate is plus.
• Extensive experience of related work experience in network administration within banking or financial institutions in the GCC.
• Fluency in English is a must.

OPERATIONS MANAGER-DRY CARGO


 Responsibilities:
·      Managing the operations and customer services of the department efficiently.
·      Maintaining existing services as well to develop Locally & Internationally.
·      To liaise with principals and local customers.

Requirements:
·      Minimum 8 yrs of experience in Shipping
·      Extensive experience in managing and running a Dry Cargo dept.
·      Strong Communication skills.
·      A valid Kuwaiti driving license.

Responsibilities:
·      Incumbent should have prior experience in the shipping field particularly in preparing Proforma DA's, liaising with principals, port, customs, Stevedores clients.
·      Opening up of Job files and ensuring that all relevant documents are promptly followed up and updated into the system. Closing up of all Job files.
·      Timely renewal of all agency agreements before expiry and registering it with Ministry of Communication, generating monthly reports.
·      Properly documenting and keeping record of all correspondence.


Requirements:
·      Minimum 2-3 yrs of experience as Operations Executive.
·      Excellent command of English both written and spoken. Arabic will be an advantage.
·      Graduate & good computer knowledge.
·      Ambitious, energetic and customer focused personality.
