We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager for QATAR. As Trade Marketing Manager you will be responsible for executing our marketing initiatives in the Market and for growing our categories. You will drive category growth by developing an integrated trade communication and execution programme to increase presence and market share.

Your Key Responsibilities:
 • Lead the execution of Category Management Projects with various retail chains for the four main categories (Cheese, Cream, BSM, and Flavored Milk) in liaison with Business Unit Managers. • Define and develop channel focused category initiatives in coordination with the regional marketing team. • Develop and implement planograms/merchandising solutions and evaluate their effectiveness post deployment. • Be responsible for the effective utilization, management, and tracking of the overall marketing budget. • Launch and measure performance of strategic promotion mechanisms. • Develop and implement an integrated trade communication programme, to enhance trade relations in line with respective customer strategies. • Ensure effective point of purchase merchandising, branding, product visibility, and use of POSM. • Develop a strong understanding of the market using data analytics to further boost performance of each category, product, and brand.
