EXECUTIVE SECRETARY / DOCUMENT CONTROLLER @ Qatar

Requirements:

Acts as the focal point for all incoming and outgoing documentation.
Checks the incoming documents from external consultants/contractors/others for compatibility of the contents with what is stated in the transmittal.
Duplication and distribution of all incoming documentation, processing of confidential information (memo, faxes, etc) and stamping of correspondence/documentation for distribution.
Handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence by logging of all documents within a computerised documentation database and maintaining a day to day electronic archive.
Compiles and maintains control records related to drawings and document transmittals and allocate reference numbers to each transmittal.
Interfaces with customers and sub-contractors to receive and deliver the drawings.
Distribution of internally generated documentation.
Maintain related files and archive both paper and electronic copies of the document control database.
Assists key staff in the preparation of correspondences and documentation.
Qualifications:

Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience.

Ground support for all airlines at Doha Airport

Qatar Aviation Services (QAS) is responsible for providing ground handling services at Doha International Airport for Qatar Airways and a host of other airlines serving DIA. This covers everything from porters to baggage handlers/loaders, aircraft cleaners to equipment operators, and drivers to customer service agents.

About Your Job:

This role, you will be responsible to assist in supervision and implementation of security and safety standards. To ensure all the cargo staff maintain and practice the operational procedure with QAS cargo safety and Security Program.

Additionally you will be responsible to keep the access control  on all those activities which would be hazardous for the customers , employees and environment , Ensure to make  coordination with all sorts of security and safety issues with their concerned personnel and departments. You will be also responsible to uphold security and safety. Assist in the supervision of the Team in implementing company policies and procedures. Ensure that all information received is distributed to all concerned personnel immediately

About You:

To be successful in this role you will need Secondary Educational diploma or equivalent along with safety and security certificates and at least 2 years experience in a similar environment. Basic AVSEC training course will be an advantage.

You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, organisational and planning skills, strong interpersonal and team working skills, sound knowledge of MS office.
