Position Description: HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator is responsible for a range of duties enabling the Human Resources / Training Department to deliver best practices and solutions that support the business. Key areas of responsibility include policy and procedure review and training support. HR coordinator will support HR/ Training on Special Projects, Such as succession Plans, Skill Matrix, Job Description, etc. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Review and ensure effectiveness of day to day functions of the Human Resources department including training, discipline and employee relations.
Advise and assist managers and supervisors on interpretation and administration of HR policies, programs and procedures.
Provides resolutions to employee relations issues.
Develop and provide recommendations for policies and processes.
Provide research as requested.
Provide input and support to the HR department in the general operations.
Maintain accurate records and compile statistical reports relating to personnel data, e.g hires, transfers, turnover, absenteeism rate, performance appraisals.
Administer and record employee recognition and incentive programs.
Keep job descriptions current.
Other related duties as required or assigned

Required Qualifications: Essential Qualifications/Experience Required

University degree pref. in HR, Business Administration, Psychology.
Min. 3 years experience in Human Resources or in any related field.
High level of English interpersonal skills, Arabic skill is an advantage.
Good working knowledge in computer software applications.

To develop and manage a product portfolio that meets the needs of customers in their homes and meets revenue and margin targets for Etisalat.
This includes managing the change in revenue and margin mix from legacy fixed voice to broadband and broadband services. Customer Satisfaction and brand equity will need to be continually improved through working right across Etisalat UAE and the Group, partnering with external organizations, and applying best practices.

Monitor and analyze product performance trends from financial, competitive and operational perspectives.

Qualification, Experience and Other requirements:

1. Minimum Master’s degree 
2. At least 5 years teaching experience (after acquiring Masters Degree) in the specialization mentioned in the position of Lecture or Senior Lecturer or Associate Professor or Assistant Professor or Professor or Head of Department . 
3. Age not to exceed 58 years
4. Experience in guiding students preparing projects.
5. Degrees should be obtained via full-time or part time studies and not by distant learning.
6 . Experience in conducting practical classes for these specializations is also essential.
7 . Industrial experience is an added advantage. Please note:
8 . Date and year of completion for all degrees should be clearly mentioned in the CV.

The Role: 1. Ensuring students reach their full potential through the use of innovative teaching methods.
2. Researching on the related teaching material and evolving the required pedagogy 
3. Supervision and counseling of students on theoretical and practical activities.
4. Timely and comprehensive preparation of examination question papers and quizzes; conducting examinations, carrying out assessment and reviewing results in compliance with the college rules and regulations and instructions. 
5. Systematic record-keeping of students' results, activities and attendance. 
6. Proactive and focused academic counseling and career advice to students.
7. Supervising on-the-job training of students, providing assistance to supervisors of the industrial sector in charge of the college students during their training and presenting reports on the students' progress to the concerned heads.
8. Presenting a report for every semester's activities and suggesting development to the concerned heads. 
9. Carrying out any others tasks assigned by the concerned heads of center, department or section.

Salary (Tax Free) :
A total package of Rial Omani 900 – 1200 (Based on Qualification & Experience)

Treasury and Cash Management Specialist


Job Purpose:

Handling all the funding requirements for the whole of Qatar Foundation under the direction of the Treasury and Receivables Manager, this involves cash forecasting and monitoring cash balances to ensure that QF is adequately funded at all times.

Development of automated reporting of cash forecasting and management surplus funds according to TOFA requirements. Be responsible for the accuracy of Data inputs in Cash Management Module in the ERP system.

Ensure potential risk to QF is reduced by adherence to approved cash policies and procedures
Key Result Areas:
  • Responsible for the cash forecasting function across QF. 
  • Monitor the cash balances to ensure that QF is adequately funded at all times to cover payroll payments of capital and operating expenditures and other commitments
  • Supervise and Control the Funds received from ministry of Finance
  • Control surplus funds to maximize income.
  • Perform the Bank reconciliations on a daily basis.
  • Review the accuracy of Data inputs in Cash Management Module in the ERP system.
  • Ensure the implementation of new banking services and products as needed in the best interest of Qatar Foundation.
  • Monitor the portfolio of investments and recommend best business opportunities for the benefit of Qatar Foundation in accordance with TOFA.
  • Evaluate the Banks performance on an ongoing basis and recommend necessary actions for improvement.
  • Close Liaison with the Bank for ensure smooth day to day operation.
  • Close liaison with Directorate Departments for Cash Forecast and accurate Treasury and cash Management data 
  • Ensure the compliance of Policy and Procedure of QF and report to Treasury and Receivable Manage on any variation
  • Assist treasury and Receivables Manager on Development automated reporting.
  • Assist in fulfilling the audit requirement and ensure the implementation of agreed audit recommendations
  • Assist Treasure and Receivables Manager in contributing to the MIR reporting function to management in relation to Treasury activities in an accurate manner

Assists key staff in the preparation of correspondences and documentation.
Qualifications:

Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
