 * Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited University with internationally recognized
professional credentials in Construction Management
 * Minimum 15 years experience (min. 3 years in the Middle East) in Construction
Management with a high concentration in site supervision
 * Holder of Grade “A” Certificate from Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning (MMUP)
 * Must be computer literate and conversant with design programmes
 * Fluent in English and have writing skills
2. Planning Engineer
 * Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited University
 * Competent with certification in the use of the programming software such as Primavera
Project Management (P6) and Primavera Contract Management Expedition
 * Minimum 10 years experience (min. 3 years in the Middle East) in Project Planning and
Scheduling including at least 5 years using Primavera Project Management (P6) and
Primavera Contract Management (Expedition)
 * Should be capable of preparing and closely monitoring the master construction
programme for timely execution of works
 * Holder of Grade “A” Certificate from Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning (MMUP)
 * Fluent in English language both written and spoken with an excellent technical skills
3. Site / Civil Engineers
 * Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited University
 * Minimum 10 years experience (min. 3 years in the Middle East) in building construction
 * Possess working knowledge of local and international specifications and appropriate
technical background and ability to control the Contractor’s conformance with Contract
documents including drawings and specifications
 * Holder of Grade “A” Certificate from Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning (MMUP)
 * Must be computer literate and conversant with design programmes
4. Mechanical Engineer
 * Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an internationally recognized institution
 * Minimum 10 years experience (min. 3 years in the Middle East) preferably from
Mechanical Engineering Consultants
 * Previous experience in design and supervision projects
 * Holder of Grade “A” Certificate from Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning (MMUP)
 * Must be computer literate and conversant with design programmes
 * Fluent in English and have writing skills
5. Electrical Engineer
 * Degree in Electrical Engineering from an internationally recognized institution
 * Minimum 10 years experience (min. 3 years in the Middle East) preferably from Electrical
Engineering Consultants
 * Previous experience in design and supervision projects
